The 3,200 sq ft facility features a fully remodeled, dog-friendly environment including a professional grooming salon, and a central open area with a built-in stage ideal for seminars, workshops, mock competitions, and other educational or industry events. Outside, the gated backyard includes a tiki hut with fans and seating, offering a shaded, laid-back setting that adds to the venue's versatility.

The location is also available to rent for dog-friendly events—a unique offering in an industry that often struggles to find suitable venues. The flexible layout can accommodate master certification testing, seminars, dog trainers, and other pet-industry functions seeking a professional, customizable space.

The salon provides grooming services for all breeds and styles ranging from show-standard breed trims to Asian Fusion styling, creative grooming, hand stripping, and basic bath-and-brush packages. Discounted services will be offered through Groom Haüs' supervised training program once sessions begin in early 2026. Pet parents can join a waitlist now for future grooming appointments.

For individuals pursuing a career in grooming, Groom Haüs offers hands-on training modules that emphasize flexibility and real-world application. Multi-week programs include the Master Bather track, Intro to Grooming, and Advanced Pet Styling, alongside breed-specific intensives and skill-based workshops held throughout the year. Rather than requiring upfront enrollment in a full curriculum, participants can begin with introductory training and continue to more advanced sessions as they progress. These programs are designed to support continued education for grooming professionals as well as those entering the field—not as a replacement for formal licensing or certification pathways where applicable.
