NEW YORK - AstroBug -- Mella Pet Care, an ecosystem of health monitoring solutions for veterinarians and pet parents, announced its integration with PetHub, Inc., the first networked database and subscription membership service for pets and pet parents in the United States. This unique collaboration will allow users to seamlessly send pet data from PetHub into the Mella app and send health data back to PetHub including temperature, weight, morphometrics and more.

PetHub and Mella Pet Care are two of six pet care companies participating in the fifth cohort of the Leap Venture Studio, which is the first pet care-specific startup accelerator. It was created by Kinship (Mars Petcare), Michelson Found Animals and R/GA Ventures to nurture innovation in the fast-growing pet industry. Both companies will present live to investors, industry leaders and the startup community during the online Demo Day on April 28, 2022.
