BEAUMONT, Calif. - AstroBug -- For more than 35 years, Vips and Simon Kirrage have opened their home to the dogs others could not manage: large breeds and bull breeds with health and behaviour challenges. Today they are turning that experience into SolaPup, a small, family-run natural dog chew brand selling to dog owners across the United States.

The business began with Roxy, a French Mastiff the couple rescued from a puppy mill when she had only hours left. Vips spent 3.5 years caring for her with natural, non-chemical choices, and when Roxy passed away, SolaPup became her legacy.

"We are a husband and wife team working from a small Essex town, I am Swedish and Simon is English, and we sell to the other side of the Atlantic," said Vips Kirrage, co-founder. "We answer our own emails, we read every ingredient label ourselves, and we know the dogs we are making this for because we have lived and currently live with them."

SolaPup Hip & Joint Chews are bacon-flavoured soft chews made for bully breeds, large and active dogs. They contain nine active ingredients, including glucosamine, chondroitin and green-lipped mussel, with every amount listed on the label.
